Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely under night shift conditions
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and project specifications to execute tasks accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for night shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
