Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Collaborate with crew leads and fellow laborers
- Complete daily safety inspections and reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
