Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites (clearing, leveling, setting up safety barriers)
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Assist skilled trades with layout and assembly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment inspections
- Support team goals during night shift operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Basic tool knowledge (hand/power tools)
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
