Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and general site cleanup.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
