Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transport of construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and equipment, such as skid steers, forklifts, and pallet jacks, under strict supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks including digging, tamping, and concrete finishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned, including framing, drywall hanging, or painting assistance.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours, including lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
