Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment during night shifts.
- Install, modify, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems according to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical calls and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
- Document all work performed, including material usage and time logs, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with day shift team members to ensure seamless handover of operational status.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
