Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings during night shifts
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and team leads for seamless workflow
- Document all maintenance activities and project progress in digital systems
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience with PLC systems, motor controls, and VFDs preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
