Responsibilities
- Perform Emergency Repairs: Respond to and resolve urgent plumbing issues, such as burst pipes and major leaks, during night hours.
- Maintenance & Installation: Execute routine plumbing inspections, maintenance checks, and new installations for commercial properties.
- Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose complex plumbing systems using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local Miami-Dade and Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with facility managers and clients, providing clear updates and solutions.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure readiness for every shift.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Florida Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, specifically with night shift availability.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, welding, and reading blueprints.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
