Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours, diagnosing issues and implementing effective repairs
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems in residential/commercial settings
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future plumbing failures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity and handover procedures
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts used
- Ensure compliance with Arizona plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during after-hours interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Plumber's License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proven ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues independently
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina to handle heavy tools, confined spaces, and emergency scenarios
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
