Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Respond to emergency calls during night hours (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Install plumbing components according to blueprints and codes
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections for commercial properties
- Estimate project costs and provide transparent quotes to clients
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory logs
- Collaborate with team members for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Availability to work rotating night shifts including weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
