Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls during night hours with prompt professionalism
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and inspection techniques
- Comply with Florida building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Document service reports and maintain client communication logs
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
