Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Respond to emergency calls with 24/7 on-call rotation for urgent after-hours issues
- Install new plumbing systems and components in residential properties
- Perform preventive maintenance to identify potential problems before they escalate
- Provide clear estimates and communicate solutions to homeowners
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Physical stamina to handle confined spaces and heavy lifting
