Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during night shift hours
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Install and repair water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes for all work performed
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route management and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service during after-hours emergency calls
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Arizona plumbing license required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Certification in backflow prevention or water heater installation preferred
