Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Clean and prepare job sites for safe operations
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks as assigned
- Maintain job site safety protocols and organization
- Transport materials and debris using carts/dollies
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic physical fitness (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to job sites
