Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and minor demolition tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Transport materials using forklifts and other heavy machinery (training provided)
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Positive attitude and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (we offer training)
