Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and sustained physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Cleveland metro area
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for flexible shifts
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
