Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and general construction duties.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland location.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing schedules.
