We are currently seeking motivated Part-Time Construction Laborers to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a vital member of our crew, you will support our expert tradespeople in various residential and commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met and job sites remain safe and organized.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the site.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, laying out materials, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools (if certified or trained).
- Measure, cut, and handle raw materials such as lumber, drywall, and concrete.
- Perform general manual labor including digging, trenching, and hauling.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in framing, concrete finishing, or general labor is a significant advantage.
