Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools under supervision to prepare construction sites.
- Perform general site cleanup, ensuring a safe and organized work environment at all times.
- Mix concrete, sand, and gravel to prepare for foundation work or repairs.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans when necessary.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
