Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain clean work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete pouring, demolition, and framing tasks
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- No construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Availability for 4-6 hour shifts (mornings/afternoons)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
