Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Perform basic demolition, cleanup, and debris removal tasks
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Maintain organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
