Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the active job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards (Site Maintenance).
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in material preparation.
- Support framing, drywall installation, or general site cleanup as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
