Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Trade Assistance: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Quality Control: Help ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but not strictly required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and a Social Security card.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with the team.
- Safety Mindset: Commitment to adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
