Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform general cleanup of construction sites, ensuring they are safe, organized, and free of debris.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with basic tasks and setup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, utilizing basic measuring tools.
- Help with basic framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and quantity calculations.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior experience required, but familiarity with construction is a plus.
