Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and demolition tasks
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by sorting debris and waste materials
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Load/un construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate project updates
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to pass mandatory background check
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, dust)
