Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment as directed by site managers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shifts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks (e.g., mixing concrete, leveling surfaces)
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions
- No felony convictions (required for site access)
