Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and debris from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and digging trenches.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
