Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Experience in construction is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
