Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Tools & Materials: Prepare work areas, organize tools, and handle electrical materials with precision.
- Wiring & Connections: Help in running conduit, pulling wire, and making basic connections under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all debris is cleared after tasks.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answering questions and providing updates on job progress.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A high school diploma or GED is preferred; we are looking for attitude and aptitude over history.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, crawl, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for measuring and reading blueprints.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for site travel.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
- Problem Solving: Eagerness to troubleshoot and learn from experienced mentors.
