Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex pipe leaks, clogs, and drainage issues efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing infrastructure.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.
- Collaborate with construction crews and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Plumbing License (Master or Journeyman).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, fixtures, and plumbing codes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
