Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting under direct supervision.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment correctly and safely.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and homeowners.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrician Apprenticeship license upon hire.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
