Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work sites, organize tools, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to ensure safety and compliance with local codes.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Interact with clients to answer questions and provide updates on project progress.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Learn to troubleshoot basic electrical issues under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- No prior experience needed – We provide full on-the-job training.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
