Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, including wiring, lighting, and circuitry, ensuring all work meets local building codes.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and professionally to residential and commercial clients.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize your personal toolset and company equipment to ensure readiness for daily tasks.
- Project Assistance: Support senior technicians on larger projects as needed, including rough-ins, trim-outs, and system testing.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of Florida is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using electrical testing meters (multimeters, voltage detectors), and understanding electrical schematics.
- Availability: Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for evening shifts or weekend work as required by project demands.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: Valid, current driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
