About the Role:
As a Part-Time Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier electrical services to our clients. We value craftsmanship and customer service above all else. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation as Sacramento's trusted electrical contractor.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and circuits efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project progress and requirements.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of apprentice electricians when required.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid California Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Tools: Must provide own hand tools and personal safety equipment.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring, and circuitry.
- Physical: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
