Responsibilities
- Execute residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan work effectively.
- Ensure all installations comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local San Antonio regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding project timelines and status.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in both residential and commercial electrical work.
- Valid Class C Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and wiring protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for part-time assignments.
- Current OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain.
- Basic proficiency with electrical testing equipment and power tools.
