Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, sump pumps, and drainage systems
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances while adhering to local codes
- Provide accurate assessments and transparent quotes for service solutions
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and proper tool inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid Arizona state license
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater repair
- Strong diagnostic abilities and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency calls
- Physical stamina to handle confined spaces and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
