Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and support experienced plumbers on residential and commercial repair calls.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct basic inspections, leak checks, and drain cleaning tasks under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with homeowners professionally, answer questions, and maintain a clean work area.
- Tool Preparation: Organize and inventory tools and materials before and after each job.
- Learn Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times.
- Fixture Installation: Assist in the installation of sinks, toilets, and water heaters as trained.
Qualifications
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to build a career in the plumbing trade.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
