Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections
- Install plumbing components following local codes and safety protocols
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate project timelines to clients
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing tools/parts
- Document service reports and maintain digital work records
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana plumbing license or apprentice certification
- 2+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic skills for leak detection and system failures
- Knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC) and safety regulations
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Customer-focused communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends for emergency calls
