Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic inspections to identify the root cause of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water heater failures.
- Install and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, ensuring all work meets local building codes and safety standards.
- Utilize advanced tools such as pipe snakes, hydro-jets, and video pipe inspection cameras to resolve complex blockages.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently to ensure jobs are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional work ethic.
