Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial buildings.
- Install, maintain, and replace piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure system efficiency and compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and provide detailed estimates.
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts and supplies for projects.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using diagnostic testing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drain cleaning techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
