Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Locate and diagnose leaks and blockages using basic tools and testing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on commercial and residential properties.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned and organized after each job.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols while on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check.
