Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and welders) with daily tasks and job setup.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and site preparation.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards strictly.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and mix concrete as directed by the site supervisor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
