Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, cleaning, and preparing construction sites for daily operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize lumber, tools, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, under supervision.
- Support Trades: Help skilled tradespeople such as framers, electricians, and masons with various tasks.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is preferred, but we offer training for motivated individuals.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
