Responsibilities
- System Installation: Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fixtures, and heating and cooling systems according to local codes.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Water Quality: Install, repair, and service water heaters and filtration systems.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites, including moving furniture and protecting flooring during repairs.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with clients to explain diagnoses and repair options.
- Tool Management: Properly maintain and use hand and power tools required for the job.
Qualifications
- Attitude Over Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
