Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts for burst pipes, leaks, and clogs
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize future disruptions
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members during complex multi-location projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain reciprocity in CA)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel between Boston and California locations
