Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Coordinate with clients to explain repairs and provide cost estimates
- Maintain inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater and boiler systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
