Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in the development of next-gen deep learning models and generative AI systems.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring models are deployed, monitored, and optimized in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business solutions.
- Drive innovation in ethical AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all automated systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI systems that have measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
