Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems for Project 2026.
- Oversee the development of proprietary deep learning frameworks and optimize inference latency.
- Define technical strategies for model deployment, ensuring reliability and security at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and hardware acceleration.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems that handle massive data throughput.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
