Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level system architecture for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all cloud environments.
- Technical Vision: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, anticipating future trends in AI and distributed systems.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of system performance, reducing latency and improving throughput for critical workloads.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, product management, and executive leadership to align on strategic goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of integrating AI/ML models into production systems and managing large-scale data pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
