Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for a rapidly evolving product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding AI researchers, product managers, and designersâto translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, security, and reliability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., next-gen AI, quantum computing concepts) into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in data engineering and machine learning infrastructure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs or PhD preferred).
